Soy Lecithin

Soy lecithin is a natural emulsifier derived from soybeans, used as a versatile food additive and in industrial applications. It stabilizes mixtures of oil and water, improving texture, shelf-life, and mixability in products like baked goods, chocolate, and sauces. It comes in viscous liquid or de-oiled powder forms and can also act as an antioxidant, lubricant, and nutrient source.
